Jessie-Lee Lhotka is the Founder and Principal of Achieve Support Coordination, a locally owned and operated Registered NDIS Provider based in Townsville.
Born and raised in Townsville, Jessie-Lee is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities and empowering people with disability to have greater choice, control and independence. With experience across Disability Support, Support Coordination and Service Delivery, she brings compassion, practical knowledge and strong advocacy to her leadership role.
Jessie-Lee leads a dedicated team committed to delivering personalised, reliable and respectful support. She values strong relationships with participants, families, support networks and community providers, ensuring every person feels heard, understood and supported to work towards their individual goals.

Achieve Support Coordination is a locally owned Registered NDIS Provider supporting participants throughout Townsville and surrounding communities.
Our growing team provides Support Coordination, Service Delivery through Core Supports, and Employment Services. We work alongside each participant to understand their individual needs, build independence and connect them with meaningful supports and opportunities.
Our approach is personal, practical and community-focused. We are committed to building trust, advocating for participants’ rights and helping people make the most of their NDIS plans while working towards greater independence, inclusion and quality of life.
